It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward S. Kaplan of Lynnfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Meryl (Werber); his sons, Matthew (Dyan Kaplan) and Joshua Kaplan (April Roberts); his grandsons, Nathaniel, Benjamin and Jacob; and his sister Marlene Kaplan.

“Meryl, I was saddened when I heard today that Ed had passed away. He was a good friend, and I always enjoyed spending time with him playing poker, gambling on the dogs & horses, and playing basketball. I fondly remember the poker games at 43 Laurel St those many years ago. As you know, Eddie and I have been talking back and forth on the phone over the past few years. It seems unreal that we won't be chatting anymore. Elaine and I send our deepest condolences. Joe and Elaine Geoghegan”
