He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Costanza and Yolanda Costanza of Revere; his siblings, Carl Costanza (late Lorraine) and Adrian Costanza (Barbara); and his son Joseph Costanza.

He is survived by: his wife Grace Costanza (Greer); his son Guy Costanza; his stepchildren, Lisa (Ted Geiselman), Craig (Jeanine Coggswell) and Karen Greenstein; his grandchildren, Yolanda, Carolyn and Julya; and his nieces and nephews, Craig Costanza, Caren D'Agnese, Lorrie D'Alelio and Lianne Stati.

At the family's request please omit flowers.
