He was predeceased by: his parent Isaac S. Gekht. He is survived by: his parent Tatiana K. Shevchuk; his wife Galina Gekyt (Shidlovskaya); his daughters, Yelena Kaminsky (Michael Quinlan), Olga Kaminsky and Husband Gregory Kaminsky; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Daniel, Allison, Stiven, Sophia and Seraphina.
