He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Soth Noum; his parents, Yath Thim and Sien Yang; and his children, Warren Tim (Sinath Heng) of Lowell, Sela Tim (Nazanin Namvar) of Dracut, Paul Tim (Phallim Tim) of Dracut, Kosal Noum of Lynn, Montha Tim (Kane Phiv) of Lowell and Alytah Noum of Lynn. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
