He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Price and Margaret Price (Hanrahan); his wife Barbara A. Price; and his siblings, Maureen McManus (late Charles) and Roger Price (late Connie).
He is survived by: his sons, Steven W. Price (Catherine) of Newburyport and Brian W. Price of Lynn; his grandchildren, Stephanie Vassy (Trevor) of Merrimac and Billy Price (Ashaley); his great grandchildren, Michael Vassy, McKenna Vassy and Mia Price; and his sister Peggy Belliveau (Tom) of Lynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
