He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shepherd and Marylyn Leszczynski; and his siblings, Robert, Elaine and Joyce Shepherd.
He is survived by: his son William (Lianne) of Billerica; his grandsons, Josh and James; and his sisters, Susan Kowalski (Phil) of Gloucester and Karen Castaldo (John) of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
