He was predeceased by: his parent Wallace Kazlawskas; his siblings, Fred Kozlowski and Gladys Luciano; and his sister-in-law Frances Russotto. He is survived by: his parent Ethel Kazlawskas (Gelezauskas); his spouse Dolores Kozlauska (Petrouskas); his children, John W. Kozlauska and Carol Hand (Michael) of Bedford; and his granddaughters, Lucy Hand and Victoria Hand. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews a first cousin and several other cousins.
