He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sawyer and Irene Sawyer (Curtis); and his brother Robert Sawyer. He is survived by: his wife Joan Sawyer (Bartram); his children, Debbie Nutter of Swampscott, Sandi Keyes (Harold) of Estero, Heidi Whear (Bruce) of Swampscott, Douglas Sawyer (Sheila) of Cape Elizabeth, Maine and Holly Brauner (Bill) of Salem, Mass.; his sister Carolyn Aitken (Bill); and his sister-in-law Joan Sawyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Solimine Funeral Home (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Church (40 Monument Ave, Swampscott, MA 01907).
