He is survived by: his parent Altagracia Antonia Perez (Manzueta); his spouse Dinorah Perez (Estevez) of Danvers; his child Tammy O'Connor of Peabody; his husband David O'Connor; his grandchildren, Alison, Michael, Felicia, Stephanie, Carlos, Priamo William, John, Anthony, Mia and Brayson; his siblings, Olga Ester, Ana Victoria, Mayra Concepcion Perez Manzueta and Roberto Perez Manzueta; and also, Priamo A., Giselle Katiria Perez (Shane Lougee) of Hamilton, Vanessa Perez and Manuel Perez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
