He is survived by: his siblings, John Blake (Lynda) of Woburn, Linda Smith (late George) of Georgetown and Cathy Ellis (Arnold) of Lynn; and his nieces and nephews, George Smith, Melissa Diaz (Smith), Christine Smith, Brian Blake, Christopher Ellis and Ashley Ellis. He is also survived by 13 great-nieces and nephews.
