He was predeceased by: his father Stephen "Boula" Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Debra L. LeBlanc (Bob Dunlop) of Lynn; his sons, Stephen and Alexander Perkins; his grandmother Rita LeBlanc; and his half-sister Nikki Forziati. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
