He is survived by: his spouse Romela Chaplin (Bernabe); his children, Michael, Michele, Stephen, Jr. and Tammy; and his siblings, Warren, Joseph, John, Linda, Laurie and Christine. He is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
