He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Stevo of Lynn's McDonough Square; and his siblings, Colleen, Marion and Kathryn Lally.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Lally; his sons, Stephen C. Lally, Jr. (Christina) of West, VA, Kevin of Lynn and Patrick (Leanne) of Peabody; his grandchildren, Fiora Lally, Jack and Stephen C. Lally III of West, VA; his siblings, Sharon Long (John) of Maine, James Lally and Paul Lally, Jr. of Norwell, MA.; his nephew Paul Lally; his mother-in-law Rose Mary Sargent; and his sister-in-law Tanya Emerson (Billy).
