She was predeceased by: her husband Charles R. Forrest; her grandson Kevin A. McCarthy; and her sisters, Ella Mailloux and Paula Sentipal (late Andrew). She is survived by: her stepchildren, Nanette (P. Allan McCarthy) of Lynn, Richard (Karen Forrest) of Grafton and Scott C Forrest-Allen (Jason Allen Forrest) of Lynn; her sister Vera (Jack Craigin) of Gig Harbor, WA; her sister-in-law Kay Wiltshire (late Leo Wiltshire); and her grandchildren, Gail McCarthy of Lynn, Paul McCarthy (Jessica Chan) of Lynn, Timothy (Emily Forrest) of Rutland and Bradley Forrest of Worcester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
