He was predeceased by: his spouse Catherine V. Bedard (Barry); his parents, Arthur Bedard and Ida Bedard (Plourde); his daughter Carol Butler; his granddaughter Liane Gilleberto; and his siblings, Lucien Bedard, Louis Bedard, Rena Bastarache, Lucille Melanson, Rita D'Entremont, Muriel Kennedy, Bertha Sweeney and Irene Dupuis.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen Gilleberto (Paul) of Peabody and Robert Bedard of Lynn; his grandchildren, Katie Thornell (Todd), Jenny Shirley (Patrick) and Michael Gilleberto (Jennifer); and his brother Henry Bedard (Pat). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
