With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert V. Grimes (Lynn, Massachusetts), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 27, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Marino Grimes; his daughter Mary Ann; his parents, Eustis Grimes and Ida Grimes; and his siblings, Frederic, Elizabeth Joan and Mary Francis.
He is survived by: his son Dan Grimes (Valeri); his granddaughters, Alison and Jennifer Grimes; and his nieces and nephews, Stephen Grimes (Barbara), Stuart Grimes (Rita), Susan Pace (Gordon), Marie Roache (Bill McCarthy) and Stella Ames (Paul).
