He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Elizabeth Maher (Keenan); his parents, Thomas Francis and Mary Maher (Murphy); and his sibling Thomas Maher. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Mallett (William), Mary Larson (late Richard), Daniel Maher (Linda Cronin), James Maher (Kim), Peggy Carter (Bill Stocco) and Laurie Clark (Charles); his daughter-in-law Mary Jane Maher; his sisters, Mary Fitzpatrick and Pauline Hartigan; and his sister-in-law Patricia Keenan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
