He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dugas and Emma Dugas (Melanson); and his sibling Shirley Abbott. He is survived by: his children, Steven Dugas (Donna) of Westford, James Dugas (Patricia) of Pepperell and Karen Blaney (Ron) of Lynn; his stepchildren, Karen Anderson (Ralph) of Lynn, Kathleen Luongo (John) of Lynn, Susan Nolan (Tom) of Houston and Alan Muise (Kelly) of Peabody; and his brother Richard Dugas.
