She was predeceased by: her husband James J. Flanagan; her parents, Salvatore Cianciulli and Mary Cianciulli (Grasso); her siblings, Salvatore, Martin Cianciulli and Sophie Winn; and her niece Rhonda Falzone.
She is survived by: her children, Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy of Lynn and James J. Flanagan (Kimberly) of Wolfboro, NH; her grandchildren, Colin Kennedy (Natalia Olivera), Mia Kennedy (Nick Schickle) and James J. Flanagan; and her sisters-in-law, Mildred "Casey" Cianciulli and Miriam "Mimi" Cianciulli. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Solimine Funeral Home - Broadway (426 Broadway, Lynn, MA 01904). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM.
