He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Roach (Trull); his son Richard M. Roach Jr.; his grandson Frank Roach; and his parents, Richard Roach and Birdie Roach (Cunningham).
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Rheault (Steve) of Haverhill, MA, Tracy Spaulding (Dan) of Groveland, MA, Roger Roach (Sherry) of Topsfield, MA and Bonnie Tisdale (Jim) of Bristol, NH.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
