He is survived by: his close friend Joanne; his significant other Josephine "Joanne" Gallagher (Ragucci); his daughters, Joanne Sheffield (Patrick) of Waltham and Sharon Mahoney of Everett; his stepchildren, Mark Gallagher of Lynn, David Gallagher (Roz) of Maine, Cheryl Santos (David) of Tyngsboro and Robin Pizarro (Jose) of Stoneham; and his siblings, John "Jack" Mahoney (Patricia) of Taunton, David Mahoney (Dottie) of Woburn, James Mahoney (Connie) of Somerville, Thomas Mahoney of Maynard and Michael Mahoney (Diane) of Clinton. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
