He was predeceased by: his parents, William Donnelly and Jane Flynn Donnelly. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Donnelly (Garon); his children, Mary Ann DeBay (James), Richard Donnelly, Jr. (Joanna), Michael Donnelly (Cheryl), Kathleen Donnelly Marquis (Raymond) and John Donnelly; and his grandchildren, Tarek Donnelly (Cindy), Jacob Donnelly (Alexandra), Fred Bleiler (Kim), Kristen Griffin (Justin), Rebecca Donnelly, Ryan Donnelly, Amanda Donnelly, Abigail, James and William Debay. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
