It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Gagnon (Lynn, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 11, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Leo Gagnon, Sr.; her parent Giuseppe Pasquale; and her sibling Sam. She is survived by: her parent Antonetta Pasquale (Quaglianiella); her child Leo Gagnon, Jr.; her wife Cindy Gagnon of Florida; her siblings, Rocco, James, Alfred, Michael, Rose Pasquale and Carmela Guarino; and also Marie Gagnon of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
