He is survived by: his wife Bernice (Domey); his children, Laurie Manning (Jim) of Salisbury, Kevin Brooks of Lynn and Ryan Manning; his brother Ronald Brooks (Pat) of South Carolina; his nieces, Diane Brooks, Jeanette Bordeaux and Sharon Kauders; and his nephew David Plunkett. He is also survived by his family, friends.
