He was predeceased by: his parents, Moses Brown, Jr. and Velma Williams; and his brothers, Armstead Williams, James Williams (Jeff), John Ed Williams, Rudolph Briggins and Charles Williams (Cutton).
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Brown; and his children, Tara Dellofano (Hyattsville, MD), Dexter (Stephanie), Brown of Salem, MA, Angela (Phillip), Owens of Salem, MA, Stephanie (Virgil), Mitchell of Swampscott, MA, Levar Jackson of Somerville, MA and Kimberly Jackson of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
