He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kirk and Juliet Kirk (Toussaint); and his sons, Michael J. Kirk and Scott E. Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kirk (Pine-Hayes); his children, James Hayes and Laci Kirk; and his siblings, Ray Kirk, John Kirk and Lisa Kirk.
