He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Ward and Edith Ward (Smith); and his son Marlon Ward. He is survived by: his children, Monique Ward of Melrose and Michael Ward Jr. of Colorado; his siblings, Charles Ward Jr. of Gardiner and Deborah Snow of Lynn; and his grandchildren, Michael III, Mikiya, Malik, Brooklyn, Jaslyn, Maziere, Marlon Jr., Makai, Meelah, Monae and Mazoie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
