He was predeceased by: his sister Wendy Eaton Ruth; and his aunt Sue Wilson. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Eaton; his sons, James Smith, Derek Chouinard and Robert LeGault of New Hampshire; and his siblings, Patricia Burton (Lenny) of Lynn, Kathy, Karen Schulz of Malden, Victoria Devaney of Salem, Richard LeGault of Lynn and Dara Eaton (Tammy) of Lynn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
