It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria DelCarmen Caballeros Avila of Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Prudencio Garcia and Clemencia Guadalupe Avila Garcia; and her husband Victor Manuel Rivera. She is survived by: her children, Gloria, Guadalupe, Carlos and Carmen; her granddaughter Mónica; her great grandchildren, Alberto and Claudia; and her great great grandchild Hyrum. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
