Margaret T. Kane Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret T. Kane (Lynn, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Doyle and Arthur Doyle; her husband Raymond J. Kane, Sr.; and her siblings, Herbert, Martin, James, Thomas Doyle, Agnes Doucette, Ellen Imma, Joan Magner, Rita Manoogian, Anne Dart and Marion Zera.
She is survived by: her close friend Arthur Jorgensen; her children, Raymond Kane, Jr. (Kathleen) of Lynn, Robert Kane (Denise) of Lynn, Larry Kane (Joanne) of Lynn, John Kane (Donna) of Lynn, Kathleen Kane of Lynn and Maureen Gallant (Joseph) of Lynn; her grandchildren, Michael Kane (Melissa) of Georgetown, Kerry Kennison (James) of Lynnfield, Sheila Curry (Sean), Daniel Kane, Connor Gallant and Jack Gallant of Lynn; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Bridget Kane, Sophie, Juliet Kennison, RJ and Oliver Curry; and also Lucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home (157 Maple St, Lynn, MA 01904). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (8 S Common St, Lynn, MA 01902).
