She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Barry Holton; and her stepson Timothy Kavanagh. She is survived by: her husband Paul F. Whalen of Lynn; her parents, Jacqueline and Wayne Hathaway of Venice, FL; her niece Kiersten Stewart; her nephews, Cameron Stewart and Lucas Hathaway; her stepchildren, Patrick Whalen, Cortney Johnson, Sean Kavanagh and Brendan O'Regan; her siblings, Kimberly Holton, Bill Patterson, Wayne Hathaway Jr. of Lynn and Tracy Stewart (Mike) of Lynn; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Salt (Kevin), Barbara Whalen, Christine Auslander (Brent), Janet Carey and Patricia Hardwick (David) of Lynn. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
