She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Pivacek; her parents, Edward Reali and Vincenza Reali (Paniccia); and her siblings, David and Anna Reali.
She is survived by: her children, Michele, Susan, Lynne, Michael, John, Stephe and Sandy; and her brother Louis Reali. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
