He was predeceased by: his wife Emilia L. "Emmy" O'Connor (Faia); his parents, Timothy J. O'Connor and Alice O'Connor (Roche); and his sisters, Alice Woods, Irene O'Brien and Helen Hogan.
He is survived by: his children, Marlene Nancy O'Connor of Brattleboro, VT, Joseph O'Connor (Rosie Njuguna-O'Connor) of Lynn and Michael O'Connor of Lynn; and his grandchildren, Candice Lee O'Connor, Maia Rose Bissette and Daniel Luke Bissette. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Solimine Funeral Home - Ocean St (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Solimine Funeral Home (67 Ocean St, Lynn, MA 01902). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius V Church (215 Maple St, Lynn, MA 01904).
