He was predeceased by: his parent George; and his sibling George Worth. He is survived by: his spouse Arlene; his parent Minnie; his children, John Worth of Lynn, Karen Worth of Ipswich and Cheryl Mario (Louis) of Amesbury; his grandchildren, Nicholas Davis, Jayna Davis, Mathew Mario, Amanda Mario, Joey Broyer, Bonnie LeBlanc, Anastasiya Miroshnikova and Alexander John Worth; his great grandchild Anthony John Davis; his siblings, Edward Worth, Robert Worth and Warren Worth; and also, Davidson and Atkinson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
John W. "Jack" Worth of Lynn, transitioned peacefully this past Friday March 2, 2018 after a courageous battle with Dementia/Alzheimer's and a recent broken hip.
