He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meechin and Mary Meechin (Killian); and his former wife Carol Meechin (Borders). He is survived by: his wife Mary (Millett); his children, Debbie Meechin of Lynn, Wendi Venza (Jimmy) of Lynn and Christopher Meechin (Emily) of Lynn; his stepdaughter Alice Millett of Salem; his grandchildren, Michael Meechin (Angela), Ryan Werner (Jill), Maddison Lynch (Bernard), Jaleel Millett, Sarena Lewis, Rayne Millett, Gabriela Millett, Miabella Millett, Nora Meechin and Lillian Meechin; his great grandchildren, Jack, Kennedy Meechin and Nola Lynch; and his brothers, Robert "Bob" Meechin (Janey) of Lynn, William "Bill" Meechin (Denise) of Lynn and Thomas "Tom" Meechin (Neke) of Lynn. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and close friends.
