He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel J.; his child David C. Sullivan; and his sibling Richard "Dick" Sullivan. He is survived by: his parent Genevieve Sullivan (Horth); his daughter Jessica Sullivan-Rivera (Richard); his grandchildren, Madelyn Rivera, Chloe Rivera and Emily Rivera; his great grandchild Zyla Rivera Bruno; his former wife Patricia A. Sullivan (Connolly); and his siblings, Joanne Sullivan and Paul Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
