He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Sr. Leslie and Catherine Leslie (Hourihan); his siblings, Joan Rich, Robert Leslie and Richard Leslie; and his siblings-in-law, John Donovan and Nancy Leslie.
He is survived by: his daughter LeAnne Kreamer; his son-in-law Andy Kreamer; his grandchildren, Lauren Kinloch (Andrew) and Andrew Kreamer; his siblings, Noreen Donovan of Danvers and Charles Leslie (Patty) of Salem; his brother-in-law James Rich of Florida; and his former wife Betty-Jo Morrison (Webster). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John's name to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
