He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Tortolini and Blanch I. Tortolini (Howard); and his brothers, Peter and Gerald Tortolini. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kinney; and his sister Joyce Pohlmeyer of Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
