He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Siemasko and Stella Siemasko (Bukofsky); and his siblings, Paul Robert Siemasko and Eileen Pelletier. He is survived by: his wife Janet Siemasko (Chinchillo); his daughters, Linda Wise of Georgetown, Laura Lincoln of Georgia and Elaine Cavatorta of Rowley; his stepchildren, Kathleen Lopez of Lynnfield, Lisa Cormier of Peabody, Lynda King of Haverhill, James King of Georgetown and Karen Bourcy of Haverhill; and his siblings, Richard Siemasko of Newburyport and Nancy Banks of Boxford. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
