She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Tetrault and Michael Brennan; and her daughter Julie Ann Sullivan. She is survived by: her children, Katherine Sullivan Metivier (Richard) of Danvers, MA and Michael Brennan Sullivan of Scottsdale, AZ.; her siblings, Carol Pierce (Edward) of Hampton, NH and Michael Brennan (Susan) of Fort Myers, FL.; and her grandsons, Andrew, Luke and Logan Metivier. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to the Jean Brennan Sullivan Nursing Education Fund in her honor.
