He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Cann; and his grandparents, Donald, Dorothy Cann, Robert and Joan Ballum.
He is survived by: his father Robert Ballum (Janet Roy) of Lynn Massachusetts; his daughters, Kaitlynn and Breela Ballum of California; his sister Kelly Mellen (Eric Mellen); his niece Krysta McCallion; and his nephews, Jacob and Dylan Mellen of Tewksbury, MA.
