He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Corriero, Sr. and Gloria M. Corriero (Perry); and his great-nephew Joshua. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Wilson, Dolores Campbell (Allan), Richard Corriero (Helen) and Elaine Cornell (Jack); and his nieces and nephews, William Wilson, David Cambell, Susan Lambert, Scott Campbell, Lisa Stribley, Michelle Whittemore, Denise Corriero, Tiffany Farmakis-Day and Charles Farmakis.
He was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal for his service and contribution to the success of the United States Air Force mission in Southeast Asia.
