James Anthony McGonigle Sr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Anthony McGonigle Sr. of Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine McGonigle (Egan) and Daniel McGonigle. He is survived by: his wife Diane McGonigle (Capaviella); his children, James Jr. (Jill McGonigle) of Gray, TN, Laureen McGonigle of Lynn and Kevin (Kathleen) of Braintree; his grandchildren, Chase, Abigail, Jacqueline, Timothy and Brendan; and his siblings, Cathy (Bill Hicks), Betty (Dean Van Etten), Mary (Brad Ebel), Carol Manfro, Terri (Jim Bartosik) and Dan (Nadine McGonigle). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
