He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Fazio and Veronica Fazio (Giannino). He is survived by: his spouse Bruna Laura (Salafia); his children, Giuseppe Fazio (Jayme) of Norwood and Veronica Searles (Richard) of New Hampshire; and his brother Santo B. Fazio of Florida. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
