He is survived by : his children, Gregory P. Lynch (Tracy) of Kingston, NH and Elizabeth A. Dropski (William) of Hampton, VA..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in loving memory of Frank to St. Pius V Church, St. Vincent de Paul Society, or the Knights of Columbus #70.
