It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Richard (Lynn, Massachusetts), born in Dover, New Hampshire, who passed away on May 27, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph E. Richard; her parent Albert J.; and her siblings, Richard Noel, Robert Noel, Albert Noel, Paul Noel, Gertrude Gillespie and Pauline Noel.
She is survived by: her parent Helene M. Noel (Deshaies); her children, Raoul (Karlene Vincent) of Roslindale, John (Jolene Richard) of Tyngsboro and Linda (Thomas O'Keefe) of Saugus; her grandchildren, Keira O'Keefe, Katana O'Keefe of Saugus, Joshua Richard, Jordan Richard of Tyngsboro, Doris Vincent and Marc Vincent of Roslindale; and her siblings, Ronald Noel, Lorraine Bernardi, Patricia Jackson, Jacqueline Verrington and Madeline Galvin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
