She is survived by: her daughter Esther Coleman; her grandson Dante Howard; her significant other Henry Avinger; her siblings, Jesse Fowler and Easter Wheeler; and her nieces and nephews, Beatrice Wheeler, Marie Wheeler Sams, Douglas Fowler, Michael Fowler and Thomas Fowler.
