He was predeceased by: his parents, Boleslaw Michalowicz and Pauline Michalowicz (Iwuc); and his sister Gladys Michalowicz. He is survived by: his cousins, Kathy Sawchuk, Linda Whitten and Wendy Kozak; and also Frank Bourgeois.
