He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Herrera and Antonetta Herrera (Zahar); and his friend Erik Neenan. He is survived by: his children, Catherine and Arthur "A. J."; his sisters, Kathleen Bourassa (Shawn) of Tennessee and Maria Gilchrist (Ron Guile) of Alton, NH.; his former wife Jennifer Ciampi of Boxford; his nieces, Samantha Gilchrist and Kelsey Brogley; his nephew Cameron Gilchrist; and his friends, John Benson, Michael O'Connor, Stan Nerich, Danny Pereira and Jim Fallon. He is also survived by friend to his many friends that he enjoyed spending time with and was a devoted father.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and are required to wear a face mask while inside the funeral home and church.
