It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald T. Harkness of Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 22, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. Harkness (Grant); his parents, Harry Harkness and Elizabeth Harkness (Tracy); and his siblings, Audrey Nolet, Claire Connor (Harry), John and Henry (Edward Harkness).
He is survived by: his children, Donald E. Harkness (Debra) of Ocala, FL, Kelly J. Colby (Jim) of Lynn, Sean P. Harkness (Donna) of Lynn and Kevin P. Harkness of Lynn; his grandchildren, Jamie, Mike, Brian, Joshua, Blyss, George, Tiana, Tayla, Tabitha, Zachary and Haley; his great grandchildren, Louis, Myles, Olivia, Taryn, Julian, Samson, Isaiah, Josias, Javian, Luke and Levi; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Silverman, Anna Orlando, Georgia Kallery and Theresa Sheehan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
